Ike has pioneered a program specifically designed to guide and support RNs on their path to becoming CRNAs. Ike's mentorship program is still in its early stages, but it has already made a significant impact.
Under the umbrella of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN), this program aims to create a pipeline of nurses, nurse anesthetists, advanced practice providers, and nurse educators. The goal is to provide aspiring CRNAs with the resources and support they need to navigate the often-mysterious journey from RN to CRNA.
