Carole Doyscher, an original member of Sharon’s CRNA Fab Four, has practiced anesthesia for over 40 years in both South Dakota and Minnesota, her home state. She has always owned a CRNA anesthesia practice as well as worked in hospital, ambulatory surgery center, and office settings. Carole has been both a didactic and clinical instructor throughout her career, latterly as adjunct faculty teaching the Leadership and Management course as part of the nurse anesthesia education curriculum. Carole has chaired several AANA committees and served as President of the South Dakota Association of Nurse Anesthetists. Carole recently retired from clinical anesthesia, but continues to do legal consulting and expert witness work in anesthesia.
