Without work and a family to care for, she quickly decided on the trip to learn Botox and ended up starting her own business soon after returning home.

You need to decide whether or not you want to run a business or you want to take care of patients. Because if you have no interest in running a business, then you need to go work for somebody. Because running the business is what takes 80% of my time to have the privilege to treat patients 20% of the time.
